Thallus dünn, leicht warzig, grau ohne Soredien und Isidien. Apothecium 0,4 - 1,5 mm, Scheibe gelb bis orange, nicht bereift, meist flach, jung etwas konkav, K+ rot. Apotheciumrand hellgrau. Sporen hyalin, polar-2-zellig, 10-15 x 4,30-5,90 μm.
